Getting Started with Enrollment

To enroll a student, click the appropriate link below to create an account and begin the online application process - one application per child you wish to enroll. Before you begin, you are encouraged to have the following items available to expedite the process.
- Birth Certificate, Hospital-Certified Birth Record, or Adoption Record
- Immunization Record, Certificate of Medical Exemption, or Certificate of Religious Exemption
- State or Federal Issued Parent / Guardian ID Cards
- Student’s Report Card, Progress Report, or Unofficial Transcript
- Medical or Behavioral Diagnosis Reports, if applicable
- Court-filed Custody Documents, if applicable
- Residency Proofs: please choose one of the options below and submit all the required documents in that option type.
Option 1: Recent mortgage statement or warranty deed and one current, required utility bill - power, water, gas, or garbage (within 30 days)
Option 2: 2024 property tax record (must show homestead on the tax records, usually reflects a code of 10) and one current required utility bill - power, water, gas, or garbage (within 30 days)
Option 3: Driver's license showing current address and two current, required utility bills - power, water, gas, or garbage (within 30 days)
Option 4: Driver's license showing current address, one current, required utility bill - power, water, gas, or garbage (within 30 days), and one government assistance letter (VA, snap, or SSI)
Option 5: Driver's license showing current address, one current, required utility bill - power, water, gas, or garbage (within 30 days), and vehicle tag registration showing current address
Once the online enrollment package is submitted successfully, you will receive an email stating that your registration is complete or an email stating what documents are missing. For students entering grades 9-12, an additional meeting with a school counselor will be scheduled to review academic records and set up a class schedule to ensure that credits are in order for graduation. Computers and tablets are preferred; however, if you do not have a suitable device, please contact Central Registration at (334) 365-5706 ext. 2002, located at 358 First Street, Prattville (building to the left of the old Prattville Kindergarten School),where you can complete your child’s enrollment.
